FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Dear customer, please note that our Fulfillment Team generally needs 1-2 business days after you have placed your order to prepare it and to ensure everything looks good before shipping. Your shipping timeframe will only start counting once your order has been picked up by the carrier. Shipping speeds are out of our control as they are 100% dependent on the carrier and the shipping option you selected.

At times, shipping carriers experience special situations that may result in shipping delays, for example, high volumes due to holiday seasons, extreme weather conditions, staff shortages, etc. In these cases, tracking updates and deliveries may be delayed and Customer Care doesn’t have any information beyond what is shown in your tracking link. We appreciate your patience while your carrier works to get your order delivered. You can always contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more accurate and up-to-date shipping and delivery information.

At times carriers will mark a package as delivered despite it not having been delivered yet, so we recommend you please wait a couple days before contacting customer service and check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong apartment or house number. We also recommend you always add the Route package protection feature offered on our website to protect yourself from lost or stolen packages.
