Refund policy
Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis. To start a return, you can contact us at titusunlimited@gmail.com to determine its eligibility and terms. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Our team will inspect the returned items and, upon their approval, a refund may be processed to the original payment form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please always send pictures and keep your original order slip found in the inside of your package.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns of items on sale, gift cards, apparel items or any of our digital products.

Exchanges
We do not process any exchanges. If you ordered something by mistake, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the correct item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that returns and refund may take longer than usual as they go through additional steps. We appreciate your patience.
