Dear customer, please note that our Fulfillment Team generally needs 1-2 business days after you have placed your order to prepare it and to ensure everything looks good before shipping. Your shipping timeframe will only start counting once your order has been picked up by the carrier. We appreciate your patience while your carrier works to get your order delivered. At times carriers will mark a package as delivered despite it not having been delivered yet, so we recommend you please wait a couple days before contacting customer service and check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong apartment or house number.
