BCAA – Lemon Lime

Our BCAA ( Branch Chain Amino Acids) are the most abundant amino acids found in muscle tissue, and are the most readily absorbed group of amino acids. Vitamin B6 is added to enhance the absorption of the BCAAs. My blend also contains the ideal ratio of 2 parts Leucine to 1 part Isoleucine and Valine.  Well know Glutamine is also present making this ideal for lean muscle recovery. A great tasting drink during or after those intense workouts!
